Traction Agency LLC (“Traction,” “we,” “us”) operates this website and provides marketing and customer-operations technology to roofing contractors and related home-services businesses. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and what your rights are.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect: your name, email, phone number, business name, service area, and any other information you provide. We also collect technical information automatically, including IP address, browser type, and referral source.

If you are a homeowner inquiring about a contractor’s services via a landing page Traction operates on the contractor’s behalf, we also collect: property address (where provided), service-inquiry details, insurance status, and timeline.

How we use it

To deliver the service you requested. To contact you by SMS, voice (including AI-generated voice), email, or mail in accordance with the consent you provided. To improve our matching, qualification, and lead-routing systems. To comply with our legal obligations under the TCPA, the FCC’s AI-calling rule, state two-party-consent laws, the National DNC Registry, and state DNC lists.

How we share it

With the Client whose campaign you responded to (for landing-page submissions). With service providers (sub-processors) that operate our infrastructure — including hosting, database, SMS, voice, AI, email, and analytics. With law enforcement if required by valid legal process. A current sub-processor list is maintained at docs/legal-drafts/16_vendor_sub_processor_list.md and is available on request.

We do not sell your personal information.We share it with the Client whose campaign you responded to, which may be considered “sharing” under California privacy law; you can opt out by replying STOP to any SMS or emailing privacy@tractionagency.com.

SMS and voice opt-out

Reply STOP to any text message we send to unsubscribe from SMS. Reply HELP for support. To opt out of voice or AI-voice calls, state your wish on the call, reply STOP to a related SMS, or email privacy@tractionagency.com. We process opt-outs within 24 business hours.

Your rights

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, or another US state with a consumer privacy law, you have the right to: know what we’ve collected about you, correct inaccuracies, delete information (subject to legal exceptions such as TCPA records), opt out of sharing for marketing purposes, and not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. To exercise these rights, email privacy@tractionagency.com from the email address associated with your inquiry.

Retention

Consent records (TCPA): 5 years from date of consent. Opt-out records: indefinite (so we can honor your opt-out). Lead inquiries: 5 years from last contact. Closed-job records: 7 years for tax and audit. Aggregated, de-identified analytics: indefinite.

Security

We protect personal information with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including TLS in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access control, sub-processor due diligence, audit logs, and incident response procedures. No system is perfectly secure; we don’t guarantee absolute security.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in jurisdictions where that’s the operative threshold). We don’t knowingly collect their information; if we learn we have, we delete it.

Changes to this policy
